- Follow the M5 into Devon and onto the A38

Plymouth is linked to the main motorway network via the A38 which becomes the M5 at Exeter. Coach services to a number of UK destinations run from Bretonside Bus Station.
Regular train services from Plymouth to London run from the mainline station which is approximately a five minute drive from the Royal William Yard. Other services to the Midlands, the North, South Wales and Scotland are also available.
Plymouth City Airport runs four flights a day to London Gatwick plus regular flights to Bristol, Cardiff, Manchester, Leeds Bradford, Newcastle, Dublin, Cork and Jersey. Exeter International Airport is approximately an hours drive away with flights to the UK, mainland Europe and Canada.
Plymouth is home to Brittany Ferries which provides services to Roscoff in France and Santander in Spain. The Torpoint Ferry provides a direct link to Cornwall.
